Bailey Public Library (Winthrop) – http://www.baileylibrary.org – Adult Yoga offered the first Wednesday of each month at 6pm; Kids Yoga offered the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 10:30am; Move & Groove Kids Program offered the first and third Wednesday of each month at 10:30am.
Brewer Public Library – http://brewermaine.gov/library/ – StoryWalk® offered May-October.
Calais Free Library – http://www.calaisfreelibrary.com/ – Tap Your Toes Tuesdays 11 am: Sing and dance to our favorite kid’s songs.
Cherryfield Public Library – http://www.cherryfieldlibrary.com/ – Vinyasa Yoga offered Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
Ellsworth Public Library – www.ellsworthlibrary.net – Yoga on the library lawn offered a few Saturday mornings Summer 2017: June 10th and 17th, and August 5th. 9:30 – 10:30am.
McArthur Public Library (Biddeford) – http://www.mcarthurlibrary.org – Storytime programs that include music and movement for young children offered four times/week: Family Fun (all ages) on Mondays at 6:30 PM; Baby & Me on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM; Toddler Time on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM; Preschool Storytime on Thursdays at 10:00 AM. Additionally, library offers a Summer Learning Challenge Program that includes opportunities for physical activity.
Naples Public Library – http://www.naplespubliclibrarymaine.org/calendar.html – During the Winter the library offers Tai Ji Quan, Tuesdays 8-10am. Other programs that have been offered include: Mindful Monkeys: youth movement and meditation and Tai Ji Calligraphy.
Old Town Public Library – http://old-town.lib.me.us/ – Yoga offered Friday mornings at 10:30, September – May; StoryWalk offered June – October.
Norway Memorial Library – http://www.norway.lib.me.us/ – Library has a weekly Music and Movement program for 0-5 year old children and their parent/caregiver. It is for a half hour. Fridays at 10:30 a.m.; Stay and Play for Children ages 0-5 Tuesday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
Palermo Community Library – http://palermo.lib.me.us/ – Tai Chi for Seniors, Wednesdays 10 am to 11 am.
Prince Memorial Library of Cumberland – www.princememorial.org – Library regularly offers Kids Yoga for Pre-K through first grade. The library also hosts programs offered by the Cumberland/North Yarmouth Recreation Department, including adult Yoga, Tai Chi, and Mommy & Me Music & Movement for ages 2 ½ to 6 years old.
South Thomaston Public Library – http://www.south-thomaston.lib.me.us/ – Senior Exercise Classes offered twice a week.
Thomas Memorial Library (Cape Elizabeth) – http://www.thomasmemoriallibrary.org/ – Offers the following program twice a week: Tiny Tunes, for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers; and Music and movement activities for little ones. Library also offers Martial Arts workshops for ages 5 – 8 and ages 9 -12 on a quarterly basis.
