Boone County Public Library – http://www.bcpl.org/events/ – Yoga offered Mondays nights at Main Library, Thursday nights at Scheben Branch. StoryWalk® installed in three parks (England-Idlewild Park, Walton Community Park and Central Park).
Boyd County Public Library – http://thebookplace.org/ – Couch to 5K program / Love your Library 5K offered annually.
Daviess County Public Library (Owensboro) – http://www.dcplibrary.org/ – Library offers Tiny Dancers program at 10:00 a.m. on the first Tuesday of the month. Program description: “Put on your dancing shoes and join us for an exciting dance party with songs, movement, rhymes, and just plain fun. Parents and caregivers are invited to join in and show off their dance moves. Ages 2-5.”
Hardin County Public Library – http://www.hcpl.info/ – Tai Chi and Adaptive Yoga offered weekly at the Main Library.
Jessamine County Public Library – https://www.jesspublib.org/ – Pound offered Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. The library offers a run / walk group called Driveway to 5K for 6 months out of the year (3 months fall, 3 months spring) wherein people train to run their first 5k. The library also has an Exercise with Ease class on Wednesday mornings for older adults or people recovering from injuries or with health conditions. The library offers a Walk Around Kentucky program every summer, and also offers dance instruction a couple times per year, as well as other one-off classes – such as Body Mechanics workshops in September 2017.
Kenton County Public Library – http://www.kentonlibrary.org/ – Zumba Gold offered Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at William E. Durr Library in Independence.
Madison County Public Library – http://www.madisonlibrary.org/ – Library does an annual Couch to 5K program, Senior Wellness programming, has a raised bed garden, and offers Yoga, Zumba, and PiYo programs on a regular basis.
Shelby County Public Library – http://www.youseemore.com/shelby/ – Yoga (Mondays), Zumba (Tuesdays), and Line Dancing (Thursdays) offered weekly.
Spencer County Public Library – https://www.spencercountylibrary.com/ – Walk Wise program offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9 a.m., year round.
Taylor County Public Library – http://www.tcplibrary.org/2016/08/free-exercise-classes_19.html – Mat Yoga offered Mondays at 5:15, Chair Yoga Wednesdays at 10 a.m., Pilates Wednesdays at 9 a.m.
Warren County Public Library (Bowling Green) – http://www.warrenpl.org/events/ – Yoga offered for diverse age groups on multiple days and times at multiple locations.
Woodford County Public Library – http://www.woodfordcountylibrary.com/calendar.php?c=2 – Easy Yoga for Adults offered Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m.; Library also offers a seasonal all-ages walking group that meets during the warmer months & a variety of regular movement series aimed at seniors.
