Dixie Regional Library System – http://dixie.lib.ms.us/ – Tai Chi offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. at Calhoun City Public Library.
Harrison County Library System – http://harrison.lib.ms.us/ – At the Pass Christian Public Library a group called the Trinity Twirlers does a Mayo Clinic based exercise program on Monday and Thursday mornings; Yoga offered at Pass Christian Wednesday afternoons and Thursday evenings; Tai Chi offered Thursday and Friday mornings at Orange Grove.
The Library of Hattiesburg, Petal, and Forrest County – www.hpfc.lib.ms.us/ – During Family Storytime library includes “storytimercize.” This involves bringing all the children moving to songs/music.
