Doaktown Community/School Library – http://www1.gnb.ca/0003/pages/en/biblio-e.asp?code=YD – The library offers weekly chair exercises for older adults and patrons with mobility challenges. During the winter months the Wellness Club partners with the school located in the same facility to offer walking in the gymnasium followed by a social time in the library. L.P. Fisher Public Library – https://www.facebook.com/L.P.Fisher.Library/ – Multiple types of programs (running, Yoga, dancing, etc.) offered for all age groups on multiple days and times throughout the week. Sussex Regional Library – http://www1.gnb.ca/0003/pages/en/biblio-e.asp?code=FX – The library offers a variety of movement based programs on an ongoing basis such as Yoga and Walking Club. This summer the library started a Read and Play program where local children meet library staff at the baseball field for a story time and a game of soccer baseball. The library also has an circulating collection of sports equipment (soccer balls, footballs, basketballs etc.) that people can check out on their library card just like they would a book.
