Nottoway County Public Library System – http://nottlib.org/ – The library participates in the “Communities Rock” program. The library holds “painting parties” at which rocks are decorated, and then participants are encouraged to hide the rocks (in plain sight) in outdoor spaces for others to find, encouraging both the painters and the hunters to spend time exploring their parks and neighborhoods.
